Android Market Now Accepting Paid Apps

Today the Android Developers Blog announced that the Android Market is now accepting priced applications from U.S. and U.K. developers. Interested developers should use the Android publisher web site to upload their applications with pricing schemes for the apps. Google says that priced applications will be available to end users in the U.S. starting in the middle of next week. Google will add support for other countries over time.
